If you would like to stay with us at York Backpackers, please call, email or fax us with your requirements and we will be able to check availability for you.
Please note: York Backpackers does not guarantee any bookings unless payment has been received. If you wish to reserve a bed without payment you can do so, but if you do not pay in advance, we reserve the right to sell your bed should the need arise. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
For groups wishing to book with us, please contact us and confirm that we have enough room to accommodate you. After this, if you wish to make a reservation, we require a deposit of at least 25% of the total cost, and full payment no less than two months in advance.
If you want to make a confirmed reservation by paying in advance, you can pay with any of the following methods:

If you wish to pay for your accommodation with a bank transfer, please contact us for the necessary bank details.
Whenever you are making a reservation other than by phone, please make sure you give full details of your stay, including the name of yourself and/or your group, the number of people, dates of arrival and departure etc. Also please provide a contact phone number/email address in case we have any difficulties processing your transaction.
